Ms. Goff

Ms. Goff is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida under the direct supervision of Dr. Stephanie Milne, Licensed Psychologist. She recently received her master’s degree in counseling from Nova Southeastern University. During graduate school, Ms. Goff worked for Family Foundations of NorthEast Florida, Inc. providing mental health treatment and case management services to children, adults, and families. Ms. Goff received the Pan-SGA Professional Development Grant in 2022 and is a current member of Psi Chi, The International Honors Society in Psychology.

Ms. Goff has experience working with a variety of issues, including grief and loss, trauma, and adjustment/life changes and has experience collaborating with professionals on multidisciplinary teams in a variety of settings and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Ms. Goff utilizes psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral theories to guide her practice. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship. She genuinely values the importance of building rapport with clients and supports clients finding a therapist they feel is a good fit for them based on their individual treatment needs and goals.
