Payment

We got you

  covered

Our Fees

Just like when you go to your medical doctor, copayments and deductibles are due at the time services are rendered. We do our best to verify and run your benefits before you get into the office so we know the amount that is owed by you. However, sometimes your insurance comes back and tells us more was owed. This is because the amount we quote you is often based upon when we verified your benefits and when you last used your insurance. Therefore, it is in your best interest for you to contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify that treatment will be covered in our office and obtain the out of pocket cost you may incur.

We accept the following insurance*

Aetna (Commercial, Medicare, EAP)

BCBS/Florida Blue/Lucet (Commercial, Medicare, EAP)
