Ms. Miller

Ms. Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Texas with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Miami University of Ohio and has dedicated much of her career to working with military service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Ms. Miller specializes in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), with a particular focus on combat trauma, military-related trauma, and chronic pain. Her clinical work has extensively involved supporting veterans and military families as they navigate the transition from military service to civilian life and address the lasting psychological and physical impact of trauma exposure. She utilizes a trauma-focused, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to treatment, integrating evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s individual needs. Ms. Miller has specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and incorporates ART into her work with clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, traumatic grief, chronic pain, and distressing memories. She also utilizes mindfulness-based interventions, emotional regulation strategies, and holistic approaches that recognize the connection between mind, body, and overall wellness. She provides counseling services for adults and older adults, first responders, military, and Veterans. Ms. Miller specializes in military PTSD and chronic pain concerns. Ms. Miller is also EMPG's Florida Clinic Manager.
