Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain

Do you have chronic pain?

Have you tried everything and

nothing seems to help?

We may have a solution for you!

Manage your pain through Mindfulness. Mindfulness is similar to meditation but rather than simply changing your state of consciousness, Mindfulness teaches you have to become present and open to your thoughts and feelings which allows you to take control. Mindfulness has shown to be helpful in managing several mental health conditions that are often associated with chronic pain. Through mindfulness practices, you can manage your pain by:

  1. Sharing your pain experience in a safe, warm, inviting environment.
  2. Learning the role of pain and how you can take control of your pain through using mindfulness based techniques.
  3. Experiencing the reduction of your pain through mindfulness practice.

If pain is something you want better control of in your life, we can help you find that place of calm acceptance so many other pain patients have found. Together, we will create a road map for your own pain journey. We will help you see that:

Pain is a wonderful thing.

It reminds us that we have limits. It reinforces the need to take a break.
It forces us to reevaluate our “to do” list.

Pain is a wonderful thing.

It provides us with the knowledge that we are still human.
It shows us we have feelings.

Pain is a wonderful thing.

It serves a purpose. It opens the possibility to change in the future.
It can be fought, but never won.

Pain is a wonderful thing.
